Life Skills Program Projects: Oct
15-16, 2011 |
| I would like to thank everyone
that came out and assisted with our
work weekend this past week end. We
had about 30 volunteers working on
different projects. |

- The New veterans trail (to
allow disabled hunters easier
access to the timber and ground
blinds) Brad McGowan took charge
of this project...Thanks Brad
- The Pond (we got a good
start on our pond to allow
disabled veterans a place to
fish) Roger Hanson headed this
project up...Thanks Roger
- The Wall (cement block
retaining wall to outline the
parking area and border the
patio) Glen Henke did a great
job ramrodding this
project...Thanks Glen
- The electrical (roughed in
the wiring for the Pole barn to
be used as a temporary
bunkhouse) Mike Tienvieri from
Rockwell Collins took charge of
this project.....Great job Mike
...and our week end mess
tent....Ken Manley who also
works for Rockwell Collins and
has a Catering business on the
side did a great job of keeping
everyone fed.....he served
breakfast, lunch and
dinner.....Thanks Ken great job,
I know everyone truly enjoyed
your meals.
